If you're on any paid plan (Starter, Pro or Business) and you're not satisfied, email contact@tiktokapi.store from your account email within 7 days of the charge and request a refund. We process refunds back to your original payment method, typically within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
We commit to 99.9% monthly uptime. If we fall below that in a billing month, you're eligible for service credits on your next invoice. Check real-time and historical status on our status page. To claim credits, email us with the affected dates.
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and won't renew.
